This pull request introduces a new authorization policy in the addons/policies/bootstrap_entity_policies.json file. The new policy allows users to update AI assets business metadata.

Authorization policy updates:

• addons/policies/bootstrap_entity_policies.json: Added a new AuthPolicy named BM_UPDATE_AI_ASSETS that permits users to update business metadata for AI assets. The policy includes attributes such as policyType, policyPriority, policyRoles, and policyResources.
