Check in Maya "ground-truth" reference sphere. #1369

Update #1370

The uvs on this are not the default ones created by Maya as the (0,V) line for some
reason does not align with the (0, Y, 0) axis. Also the geometry has been rotated so the (0,V) line is along the -Z
axis. This is the agreed upon reference rendering convention and is also followed by OSL's testrender reference renderer.

Fix so that cmlib inputs have default values, otherwise validate() will fail.
