This release updates the repackaged OpenTelemetry Java Agent to 0.17.0. This also means, if you use the OpenTelemetry API in your application, you need to update it to 0.17.0 (note, this is not compatible with OpenTelemetry API 1.0.0).

There are no other changes to the distribution.
