Export intermediate model to the target directory so it can be used by internal release pipeline #5893

Context:
The Java SDK needs to be able to accurately report back to the internal release system what the projected client names and namespace would be for new service releases.

This PR enables the mvn build flag for the GenerationMojo plugin to dump the intermediate model into the /target/generated-sources/sdk/models where it will be read from by our internal release system.
