Context:
The Java SDK needs to be able to accurately report back to the internal release system what the projected client names and namespace would be for new service releases.
This PR enables the mvn build flag for the GenerationMojo plugin to dump the intermediate model into the
/target/generated-sources/sdk/modelswhere it will be read from by our internal release system.
