Deploy 0.9.1

A release to deploy the remaining items that didn't make it into yesterday's deploy, the bug fixed since then, and the logo change.

To be done after the current run of analysis jobs is done, since deploying while jobs are running risks cycling batch instances and throwing away their progress.

Special steps:

• The CloudWatch rule to send periodic warming events to the Tilegarden lambda function will have to be added by hand, and should be created after the new version of Tilegarden has been deployed, since before that it would just cause errors (not user-visible, but not useful...). See PR Enable Lambda warming on Tilegarden function #712 and issue Add lambda-warming scheduled task to Terraform config #714.
