Thanks for approval, @otaviojacobi. Rebased but still getting test failures. |

@kb2ma I think something failed cascade deleting the previous test run and the account has some spare releases so the tests are failing? I am not sure if a re-run will fix it, I think you can ping ops for the tests account credentials and empty everything. |

Warn not to run tests for a user with an active fleet. Also specify use of poetry to run tests.
