Description

dev-setup, sfdx -project.json and deployment scripts to Staging and Production have been updated as per the requested changes.
I am able to automatically create scratch orgs. The source code commands get deployed and scratch orgs get seeded with github data. Given the warning message related to OmniStudio components, the team needs to verify deployed components to ensure there are no gaps in deployment script.

Further enhancements: Replace github data with the test data set which is being used for data seeding of sandboxes.

PLEASE NOTE: merge upon successful verification of scratch org seeding.
