How to reproduce

1. Create file response question for which at least one file is expected and download is allowed.
2. Add this file response question to a quiz.
3. Solve the quiz as student, upload a file and try to download the file via Download-Icon (see screenshot).
   Request
   Download Icon is working to Download All now.
