Description of the change
This commit an initial version package that can be used to parse / compare Bitnami packages versions.
This is highly inspired in the semver package from Aqua's go-version repository.
Benefits
Golang developers can use this package to parse / compare Bitnami packages versions.
Possible drawbacks
It doesn't include support for versions groups (yet).
