Latest UK news and search. This project was bootstrapped with Create React App.

Requirements

Node.js v17.4.0

To run the app

Download or clone the repo.
In the project directory, run:

npm install

Downloads the dependencies from the npm repository.

node server/server.js

Launches the API server on port 3001.

npm start

Runs the UI app.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in your browser.

Note

newsapi.org token can be changed in the server config file server/config.js.
