About the binaries please read README.txt.

If you use pip to install this, use: pip install "borgbackup==1.1.0rc3"

Be careful. The unit tests mostly worked, but you rather do not want to run this against your borg 1.0.x production repo - please make a copy of it first and test against the copy.

Please test especially the stuff listed in the changelog under 1.1.0rc3, but also the functionality that is there since longer.
