CRISPRAnalyzeR complete source code including everything necessary to build your own docker image of it.
If you want to run the source code version directly as a shiny app without using the docker container, please make sure you have all dependencies installed and check the config.R to adjust all parameters.

Source code releases are for developers only!

All others please use the provided docker image to run CRISPRAnalyzeR directly (see the main page!).
