Jeff is a pioneer in the infrastructure community. He's published dozens of high-quality tutorials on the infrastructure programming, which has, since the advent of "infrastructure as code" become a key part of the greater development ecosystem. I feel he deserves inclusion for this work, which has been of great benefit to me personally.
