New versions

Almost all changes go to the capsicain.exe (and my own capsicain.ini).

You can directly download the latest exe from the source tree

If you don't mind betas, or need the very latest feature, you can get the exe from the dev branch.
I never push inconsistent states. The dev .exes are usually lightly tested, so the core features should always work.
