Using a custom providers config

If you want to add a new provider, change a pre-command or anything that requires to update the file providers-config.default.toml, you will have to write your own providers configuration file.

To use this custom file, you will have to set the environment variable BIVAC_PROVIDERS_CONFIG=/path/to/your/file.

Currently, Bivac supports backups of the following "databases":

  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • OpenLDAP
  • MongoDB
