angular: remove modules

As discussed here is the stackblitz MR.

Updates

• remove angular module files (*.module.ts)
• update angular inside stackblitz to v19
• replace the ChartModule import inside stackblitz with the import of the specific component
• fix a wrong selector for the simple bar chart
