Bugfix: Night Vision of Mining Hat did not work

Enchanting

• All hats can now be enchanted with Respiration, Aqua Affinity & Thorns.
• Hat effects can be enhanced with Efficiency enchantment (Mining, Chopping, Straw, Postman).
• Duration of Conduit Power effect of Aquanaut Helmet can be enhanced with Respiration enchantment

Durability

• Hats do not have an amor value.
• Durability of hats is now connected with effect usage.
• Hats do not loose durability, when player gets damage.
• Mining, Chopping & Straw Hat: Durability goes down with breaking blocks.
• Postman, Aquanaut, Wing: Durability goes down by effect usage time.
• Stocking: Durability goes down randomly by time.

Other changes

• rework of textures (usage of second skin layer) and icons (better outlines)
• Tooltip of hat items looks better now.
• Fix Aquanaut Helmet recipe: All glass panes can now be used for crafting

UsefulHats 1.1.0 - for Minecraft 1.14.4

Adds some new hats:

• Aquanaut Helmet: You get Conduit Power effect for 1 minute, but while wearing you have a suitable gui overlay like wearing pumpkins
• Wing Helmet: While falling you get Slow Falling effect. Sometimes the helmet is afraid of monsters and flies away.

Changes behaviour of existing hats:

• Mining, Chopping, Straw Hat: No Haste effect, but using the corresponding tool is 20% faster (stackable with other effects)
• Mining Hat: Night Vision is only active in areas with light level lower than 8 (monster spawn areas)
• Straw Hat: Hoe is not a corresponding tool anymore
• Postman Hat: While sprinting you get Speed effect but also Hunger effect.

Enchantments:

• Hats can only be enchanted with: Mending, Unbreaking, Curse of Binding, Curse of Vanishing
• Aquanaut Helmet can also be enchanted with: Aqua Affinity, Respiration

Bugfixes:

• enhance the compatibility with tools of other mods
• Night Vision of Mining Hat is now also activate, when pickaxe is in off hand

Adds some new dyeable Hats:

• Chopping Hat: While holding an axe you get Haste effect.
• Mining Hat: While holding a pickaxe you get Haste and Night Vision effect.
• Postman Hat: You get Speed effect but also Mining Fatigue and Weakness effect.
• Straw Hat: While holding a shovel or hoe you get Haste effect.
• Stocking Cap: Only a dyable stocking cap.
