chain33 交易发送使用教程

（该配置文件默认连接chain33测试链）

1. 根据对应操作系统类型下载对应压缩包，解压后打开文件夹，会得到一个发送交易的程序和一个配置文件 配置文件，可以配置发送的各项参数，
2. 运行发送交易的程序(双击即可运行)，程序运行后，会自动加载当前目录下的 config.yaml 的配置文件，然后根据配置，发送交易
3. 交易发送完成后，可以在区块链浏览器看到区块和交易
4. 计算一段时间交易量和耗时，即可得出区块链的交易速度
