Kobo bookmarks and note taking annotations disabled

Describe the bug
Annotation is disabled everytime I covert my CBZ files to EPUB

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add file CBZ
2. Convert to EPUB - tried this before it did not work
   or 3. Convert to KEPUB - still did not work

Expected behavior
I want to annotate on my epub files converted from CBZ

Additional context
Both when I tried to convert in EPUB and converting EPUB to KEPUB does not work.
But when I tried converting from Calibre. Convert my CBZ files to KEPUB. The ability to annotate was enabled.

So downgrading to kobo 4.31 should work

@axu2 I don't know how to (to be clear) but the guy said he doesn't use network services on it but I need to be able to do that so its not really a solution for me, just a different issue

Overall, it seems to be a kobo bug so you'll need to follow up with kobo.

@axu2 I'll go do that yes but I forgot to mention that it worked when I was using calibre to convert it, its just that the cropping and manga mode didn't work for me on calibre, I don't know if that means anything to you but I feel I should mention it.
