Why option to create MOBI is not available?

KindleGen is missing.

• Windows - Download it and place kindlegen.exe in KCC directory.
• OS X - Install it using Brew: brew install --cask kindle-comic-creator.
• Linux - Download it and place kindlegen executable in /usr/local/bin.

MOBI conversion gets stuck ("No such file or directory" error for .mobi files)

Make sure you have kindlegen in your machine, check the download guide.

If you are using the Flatpak version, install Flatseal, a tool for managing permissions of applications installed via Flatpak. Use it to grant KCC the All system files permission.

Kindle automatically zoom every corner of the page. How I can disable that?

Panel View can be disabled directly on Kindle. There is no KCC option to do that.

Images inside file created by KCC don't look very well on my PC. Did I do something wrong?

No. KCC output is optimized for E-Ink displays. They should look too dark and jagged on normal screens.

On most of pages Panel View still show margins. How can I fix it?

It is caused by poor quality of source files. If margins are not cleaned properly - have shades or are grainy - then KCC margin autodetection will fail.

Some pages containing small images don't have Panel View. It is normal?

Yes. If Stretch/Upscale option is off and the original image is smaller than screen resolution then Panel View will be disabled.

Why Kindle Fire family and Kindle for Android is not supported anymore?

There is no reason to convert content for non E-Ink Android devices. There are dozens of programs that allow reading comics/manga on them already. My personal recommendation: Perfect Viewer (Amazon App Store)

I have a lush imagination or Kindle use more battery power when reading manga?

Yes, it does. Even more when you read Webtoon.
