Kindle automatically zoom every corner of page. How I can disable that?

Panel View can be disabled directly on Kindle. There is no KCC option to do that. Additionally there is no way to disable automatic start of Panel View after opening the book.

Images inside CBZ/EPUB/MOBI created by KCC don't look very well on my PC. Did I do something wrong?

No. KCC output is optimized for E-INK displays. It should look too dark on normal screens.
