This commit introduces the ISEM citation style, designed to meet the formatting requirements of publications related to the Institute for Smart Engineering and Machine Elements (ISEM) at Hamburg University of Technology. The style is based on APA 7 but uses footnotes and is slightly modified.

Validated against the CSL schema and ready for review.
