We discovered that if we build a separate profile that includes email greeting and postal greeting, and put that profile on a household page, it will show the individual greeting options (e.g. "Dear {first_name} {last_name}") instead of the household greeting options (e.g. "Dear {household_name}").

The default Communication Preferences block does work, showing the household greetings, but in this case we were hoping to have a different arrangement with those fields in them.

I assume this is because there is no differentiation in the profile - it is the same field whether for individual or household - but I don't see any other way around it.

Version 1.4.2
CiviCRM version 5.15.0 (also was the case when we were on 5.14, I believe)

Ok, I think this PR to civicrm core will fix it. Can you please check and leave a review comment on that PR?
