I have enhanced the Siebar and Profile Section

Now it gives that minimal look

Changes Proposed

I have made the following changes-

1. Alignes sidebar's buttons with above text
2. Added icons in "Add Profile","Opportunities HUb" and "Spotlight"
3. Aligned social icons in center and reduced their size, change of color in their hover along with increased size
4. Changes bio text size and skills text size
5. Chnages skills' text color
