Related to the comment on #245 regarding remaining warnings.
The added tests for the CoinRational class are based on the results before the int64_t change, plus a few cases to test that itself.
The results are not always understandable, for example with maxdnom = 30 the results (by design) return denominator = 33.
I manually updated the two Makefiles. Hope that’s ok.
