Dear @conda-forge/help-python

this PR is ready for review

However, the test for windows don't pass because a package is missing, reading https://conda-forge.org/docs/maintainer/knowledge_base/#noarch-python it's not clear to me whether this is fine?

(I tried skipping the windows build but then it is no longer noarch, so I restored the previous commit, apologies for the force push)
