So far, this only adds the "features" column and doesn't populate it yet.

More things I'd yet like to do here:

  • Actually populate that column
  • Add tests with URI references that don't have a corresponding URI (possibly as a new type "onlycri", where the uri column is empty)
  • Fix the empty URI references examples based on the changes in the editor's copy (happy to take anything you have on that already, @cabo).

Add "features" column, including "broken" feature

Features are not yet universally annotated; the "broken" is inserted in
tests that should fail.
