fix (daemon) : Refine error message for clarity when daemon already started (#2696)

Description

Fixes: #2696

Updated the error message as suggested in the linked issue to make it more user friendly.

Proposed changes

This PR only changes the error message, other changes are done to test checkDaemonVersion method

Testing

1. crc setup
2. crc daemon -> It should show different message: daemon has been started in the background , Earlier it was daemon is already running
