works with deploymentkit, improved reliability out of the box

• migrated wiki and deployment doc to https://github.com/csirtgadgets/bearded-avenger-deploymentkit/wiki
• turned --hunters and geo gatherers off by default (things that touch the network to get more data)
• disabled support for python setup.py install to force admins through the deploymentkit
• added a delete api to the backend
