Making Releases

1. Update version variables in CMakeLists.txt
2. Make PACKAGE builds for supported platforms (Windows, Linux, OSX, GCW-Zero) - make sure to use Release builds

• Note: currently Linux and GCW-Zero platforms are built by Travis-CI; just make a (pre)release

1. Test under platforms: Windows XP, Windows Vista/7/8/10, Linux, OSX, GCW-Zero
2. Make a GitHub release (instructions) (release notes style)

• Look at the release milestone as well as commits since the last release for changes

1. Make new blog post at http://cxong.github.io/cdogs-sdl/
2. Update links in github pages https://github.com/cxong/cdogs-sdl/blob/gh-pages/downloads.html
3. Make and include any screenshots showing new features
4. GCW-Zero: make release announcement at http://boards.dingoonity.org/gcw-releases/c-dogs-sdl
5. Spread the word!
