This PR implements a hardware adapter for the AOTF module of the VT-iSIM microscope and refactors the existing filterwheel adapter into a newly created higher level subpackage. AOTF module, on this machine, controls multiple lasers and a shutter.
For now, a basic class structure implemented and waiting for answers to technical consultation done to the vendor before we finalize .dll call implementations needed for this adapter. As I update the PR in the future, I will be adding further explanation here in comments.
