A small, nifty plugin that extends Testimonials by WooThemes and enables your users testimonials submissions via a simple form.

== Usage ==

To display the testimonials submission form via a theme or a custom plugin, please use the following code:

`<?php do_action( 'woothemes_testimonials_submission_form' ); ?>`

To add parameters, please use any of the following arguments, using the syntax provided below:

* 'notify' => '[email protected], [email protected]' (email addresses that will receive notification messages)
* 'captcha' => 'true' (enable the captcha)

`<?php do_action( 'woothemes_testimonials_submission_form', array( 'notify' => '[email protected]', 'captcha' => 'true' ) ); ?>`

The same arguments apply to the shortcode which is `[woothemes_testimonials_submission_form]` and the template tag, which is `<?php woothemes_testimonials_submission_form(); ?>`.
