Issues with Linux WMs

Some Linux window managers like OpenBox may not display the MuWire GUI properly, or display an empty window. It has been reported that setting the following environment variables helps fix the issue:

export J2D_PIXMAPS=server
export MU_WIRE_OPTS="-Dsun.java2d.xrender=false"
