Created a new translation file `tr.json` to include missing translation keys for the Turkish language.

This pull request adds the Turkish translation for the missing JSON keys used throughout the application. The translations were generated using the
php artisan translatable:export trcommand and include common keys such as 'Dashboard' and 'You're logged in!'.Changes:
tr.jsonfile under theresources/lang/directoryThis will improve the localization support for Turkish-speaking users.
