Modified decorators for @Utils.deprecated and added @Utils.notsupported for new Sponsored Brands version 4
Added main class for last Sponsored Products version 3 > list_campaigns() and deprecate notice de Sponsored Product version 2 > list_campaigns()

TODO new docs when all endpoints are added for Campaigns and compare with version 2. Version 2 get kwargs while version 3 get body json.
