Remove mce_href attribute from links

-Remove mce_href attribute from links.
-Fix issue that was causing some urls to be considered not found.
-Fix nids parameter in drush command. Before, it was working only when the queue was empty. Now, if the nids parameter exists, the queue is emptied, so the query can filter by the node ids. Note: this parameter is not used on live, so it's only for testing purposes.
