Description

Added CMS Feature Toggle in Support of DataDog RUM-BenefitsDecisionsReviewsTeam

Relates to #18409

Testing done

Verify feature toggle exists in UI

QA steps

As a Drupal Admin

  1. Go to /admin/config/system/feature_toggle
    • Validate that Datadog Feature Toggle exists

Definition of Done

  • Documentation has been updated, if applicable.
  • Tests have been added if necessary.
  • Automated tests have passed.
  • Code Quality Tests have passed.
  • Acceptance Criteria in related issue are met.
  • Manual Code Review Approved.
