Super late to the party now (sorry), but commit 6e7f6b9 just fixed this by referencing swagger_model as a local import.

Nothing like waiting a good year before commenting on a PR ☹️

FWIW, I believe this is not currently fixed in the master branch (update: or at least what is most recently released to PyPI). I did a quick pip install from PyPI just now and encountered this bug.

Yes i did an install of swagger-py from pip today and i got the same error aswell
