Rsyslog client and server

This ansible role can now also be used to setup a rsyslog server to collect logs in a small lab environment.

Remote syslog

This release includes a molecule test with a client and server. The client logs security events to the server, the results are tested end-to-end. Also the rsyslog checks from the RHEL8 CIS Bennchmark 2.0.0 Server Level 2 are run.
