collection of Nitrogen Vacancy related data

• data is saved in T2star_survey.csv and T2star_survey.xlsx (for additional details about each defect and where to find the numbers in the reference see the excel spreadsheet)
• plots are generated with IPython v. 3.4 and saved in T2star_survey.ipynb
• all references are saved in the Ipython notebook
• all figures are collected in T2star_survey.svg and individually exported to *.png
