Harris 0.4.1

This is a bugfix release, to address some issues encountered on Windows.

• Bomber-type field 'newmark' was uninitialised, leading to out-of-bounds array indices and hence crashes.
• Floating-point values were not properly serialised in save files. (Note that the Linux and Windows builds use different serialisation formats, and only the Windows format was affected.)

Harris 0.4.0

The 0.4 release makes aircrew training a much deeper area of gameplay, with 'training pipelines' (OTU→HCU→LFS), the need to allocate aircraft for use in training units, and specific skills for operating heavy bombers in general and Lancasters in particular.
Also, the 'mods' system was broadened to also cover Marks.
