docs: adds an "Overview" page as default under Documentation

Move FAQs to position 4 and adds an Overview page.

These FAQs and this new doc could perhaps be combined because in some ways they overlap.

Open to feedback on any of wording or image used (reused blog image). This overview provide a more scope view of what Emporous can do (will do near term), but perhaps we have a page that describes future possibilities. Thoughts? cc @usrbinkat @afflom

This does some messaging changes I wanted bring up:

UOR Framework is the concept or a set of ideas (one day standards?)
Emporous is an implementation/tools based on that concept

Changed the word "smart proxy" to "toolkit". I acknowledge that a proxy may just be one of those tools.

Outstanding. I think that you are right: UOR is the data and conceptual models. Emporous is client tooling.

I appreciate this content and agree it belongs on the site.

Let's merge it and I can work it into the final structure for the site redesign.
