fix(chat): update state on UPDATED_CONVERSATION_SUCCESS event (Issue #3320)

Description:

Ensures that the conversation state is updated when receiving the UPDATED_CONVERSATION_SUCCESS event, so the latest interacted conversation moves to the top of the list.
