Build required libDSL and the AppKit module from::

sudo port install libsdl
sudo -H pip install pyobjc

These are now in the Makefile.

There is an issue with the compilation in this release. See erikkaashoek/Comskip#71. I'll post a corrected dmg when this is fixed.

This is confirmed to be fixed.
