unfortunately binwalk is abandoned, so let's use the OSPG fork that bundles py3.12 support.

Fix an extraction exception by running binwalk as root.

Hi @ElDavoo, sorry for the delay but we'll now take care of this PR. Thanks for the contribution meanwhile.
We'll add a CI worker that supports noble so that we can properly check the changes. Then we can verify and merge.
It should be done in the next week or so.
