Two major BREAKING changes:

1. Map netbox prefix ID with Kea subnet ID (instead of a user-context key). As a consequence, subnet ID are now always preserved accross changes (previously ID may be different after som specific updates, which would cause leases loss). When updating to this release, current subnet ID will be changed one time and current leases will be lost one time.
2. Make mapping more customizable and adde more default mapping. By default, MAC addresses may be set in a custom field in IP addresses, avoiding the requirement to create a device and an interface. See config file example for details. The mapping settings in config file have changed their name and format!
