• Add: Option to concatenate target name with player name.
• Fix: Rebirths on a same target after the first cast within 1 minute were not creating a cooldown frame (SPELL_RESURRECT event only gets thrown on the initial Rebirth, subsequent casts will not throw the event until the resurrection accept timer has run out).
• Fix: Cooldown synchronization was not correctly received if the cooldown frame had not been previously created.
