1. The include command doesn’t work

   The default setting which is "Safe" takes some precautions and disables some features. To enable all the features, change the settings from the default "Safe" to "Unsafe".
   Possible Setting:
   UNSAFE | SAFE | SERVER | SECURE

   You can use Prism. Prism is a lightweight extensible syntax highlighter, build with modern web standards in mind. It’s used in thousands of website, including some of those you visit daily.

3. How do I allow-uri-read from the Asciidoc.js live preview?

   Go to Asciidoctor.js live preview settings. On the Custom attributes section, add allow-uri-read and set the "Safe mode" anything before Server.
