These are just the minimal tool updates to make the WF executable on .org without issues.
Other tool updates suggested in #389 I would like to test more carefully first, especially the ivar update to version 1.4.3.
The new version of qualimap (v2.3) suggested there seems to produce less nicely formatted, otherwise identical output than the current version so should likely be avoided permanently.
