It is not clear what would be the benefit - tail does not have its own configuration file, and it cannot have one, since it can be used to display many different files....

I'm not familiar with grc's codebase. I just tried grc tail /var/log and saw some colors, so I thought tail may have been forgotten in the zsh config.

True, I assumed grc colorize outputs that it can recognize (like /var/log apparently), but it might not be the case.
@garabik Feel free to close this pr if this change doesn't make sense.
